Partners HealthCare is a national leader in implementing technologies that make hospitals and physician practices safer, more efficient, and more connected. As of June, 2011, we have achieved optimal levels of adoption and performance on several of these measures, including use of Computerized Provider Order Entry (CPOE) and safe medication administration in inpatient facilities, and implementation of Electronic Health Records (EHR) by our primary and specialty care physicians in ambulatory settings.

We will continue to display the metrics but no new data will be added. This doesn't mean that our work is done, however, we continue to monitor our progress, share best practices, and evaluate advances in the technology to maintain implementation in all our hospitals.
