We have developed report cards that show our improvement efforts in five important areas of system performance: information technology, patient safety, quality, coordination of care, and efficiency. Our first release highlights our major accomplishments in each of these important areas. For each measure, we explain why we believe the measure is important, how we’re doing, and what we’re doing to improve on our current performance.
